GDX :

Une conversion, c'est faire en sorte qu'un jeu prévu pour une machine fonctionne sur une autres en le modifiant.

Une adaptation (ou portage), c'est refaire ou recompiler le jeu pour une autre machine.

Dans ce cas c'est une adaptation.

( je ne pense pas qu'il existe de conversion arcade sur MSX, au sens que tu le donne).
